Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery (Primary)

Most purchases on Terra Noir are digital photograph files delivered by email:

• Delivery method: email to the address provided at checkout
• Delivery time: within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment
• File format: High-resolution JPEG (for personal use) or TIFF (for print purchases)
• File size: typically 20–80 MB depending on resolution
• No shipping charges apply for digital delivery

If you have not received your file within 48 hours of payment, please check your spam/junk folder, then email hello@terranoir.in with your Razorpay Payment ID.

2. Physical Prints (When Available)

When physical print orders are offered:

• Prints are produced and shipped from Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Delivery within India: 5–8 business days via courier
• International delivery: 14–21 business days (availability subject to notice)
• Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown before payment
• Tracking details sent via email once dispatched

3. Delivery Failures

• Digital: if email bounces due to wrong address, contact us within 7 days and we will resend to a corrected address
• Physical: if a parcel is undelivered due to incorrect address provided by you, reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
• Physical: if a parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and replace or refund at our discretion
