By accessing this website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. This site is operated by Terra Noir, an independent photography business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

All photographs displayed on this website are original creative works shot and owned exclusively by Terra Noir.
2. Pay What You Want — How It Works
Terra Noir operates on a voluntary "Pay What You Want" model:
- You choose the amount you wish to pay — minimum ₹1, no maximum
- There is no fixed or mandatory price for any photograph
- Your contribution is a voluntary act of support for the artist's work
- Paying any amount does not automatically grant commercial rights (see Section 4)
We believe art should be accessible. Pay what you genuinely feel the work is worth to you.
3. Digital Delivery
If your purchase includes a digital photo file:
- Delivery to the email address provided at checkout
- Delivery time: within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment
- Format: high-resolution JPEG or TIFF as appropriate
- If not received within 48 hours, contact: hello@terranoir.in
4. Intellectual Property & License
All photographs are exclusive property of Terra Noir and protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957). Your payment grants you:
- A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use
- Right to print for personal display (not for resale)
- Right to share on personal social media with credit to Terra Noir
Not included without a separate commercial agreement: commercial use, advertising, print-on-demand products, stock licensing, resale, or any use that generates revenue from the photograph.

5. Payment & Razorpay
All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway regulated by the RBI. Terra Noir does not store any card or banking credentials. Accepted methods:
- UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps)
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- Digital Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
6. Currency & Pricing
All prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). International transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your bank — Terra Noir has no control over these fees.
7. Prohibited Use
- Reproducing, redistributing, or reselling photographs without written permission
- Creating commercial derivative works without a commercial license
- Using images to misrepresent, defame, or harm the artist
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access to the website
- Making fraudulent or chargeback-abuse payment claims
8. Limitation of Liability
Terra Noir provides this website and its content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the relevant transaction.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of this website or any purchase made here shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
10. Changes to Terms
Terra Noir reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects changes. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
